Don’t forget to mention that this comes with a 2 year locked in period with AT&T. Now, I think it won’t be as affordable as you think.

Oh Yes. But I think it is still expensive Jerson because in the very first place you are also paying with the AT&T services. The 199 USD for this iPhone is indeed a gift. I might have misunderstood it somehow but of course you are always welcome to clear things to me. I would be very glad with that Jerson.
