Solution to Website Restore Error in Internet Explorer 9

The Internet Explorer 9 has been officially released and a lot of people are now enjoying better, faster and bolder way of surfing the internet. However, there are some issues that I think you would not like. One of the issue in the current version of Internet Explorer 9 is the “Website Restore Error”. This error will not allow you to navigate on the website because the moment you entered the URL in the address bar, it will show up like this:



It could be very annoying if you know that you can’t use the newest browser in the web to surf the internet. The reason why we have this “Website Restore Error” is because of the add ons on the browser. So the only solution to browse the internet when this error occur is to start internet explorer 9 with no add ons. This is the procedure on how to start internet explorer 9 with no add ons.

1. Click the Start button
2. Select All Programs.
3. ClickAccessories
4. Select System Tools
5. Click Internet Explorer (No Add-ons).

Once you started Internet Explorer 9 with no add ons, you can now visit the website that you want. Please note that not all Internet Explorer 9 users will encounter this issue.
