Data Backup is one of my favorite feature that Google+ offers to its users. Actually, to almost systems/applications, being able to back up my data is definitely a very big plus. Now, how can we actually backup our data in Google+? Follow these steps below.
- Go to https://plus.google.com/ and login to your account.
- Hover on your name on the upper right part of Google+ page. Then click on “Account Settings”.
- You should be directed to the Account Overview page as shown below.
- Click on “Data Liberation” link found on the left pane of Google+ window. It should direct you to the page as shown below.
- Now, it’s a matter of your choice guys on what data you would like to backup.
- Backup options include:
- Backup all Data
- Photos (in zipped file)
- Google+ Profile
- Stream
- Buzz
- Circles and Contacts
This backup feature is really simple yet amazing! I hope this helps guys! Enjoy and let’s continue +ing in Google+. =)

i noticed that gmail is not part of the data to be backedup, is there a way to do backup all emails and attachments?
