I just wanted to share to you guys our wonderful trip in Kuala Lumpur.
Our first stop is Batu Cave. And for the record, we conquered 272 steps up to the Batu Cave.
We were so hungry after the hike so we went to their local restaurants to have lunch and then visited Genting’s Strawberry Farm! It’s chow time!
Energized by the Malay’s delicious lunch, we then headed to Genting Highlands via cable car.
We then went back to KL’s downtown and headed straight to Petronas Twin Towers and Cocoa Boutique to buy our chocolate treats for our family and friends way back home.
It was indeed a short but gigantic experience of Kuala Lumpur’s rich culture. Why short? Because we had to leave 2 days after to experience the wonders of Angkor Wat in Cambodia. So stay tuned!
Quick Fact: Kuala Lumpur is the capital and the second largest city in Malaysia by population. The city proper, making up an area of 243 km2 (94 sq mi), has a population of 1.4 million as of 2010. Greater Kuala Lumpur, also known as the Klang Valley, is an urban agglomeration of 7.2 million. It is the fastest growing metropolitan region in the country, in terms of population and economy.
